Allow me to get you or your employees up to speed quickly on healthcare. We’re going to teach you the basics of how healthcare works, the trends that matter, and you’ll meet some awesome people.
We’re gonna go through everything from all the different payers, how pharma works, value-based care ops, are providers really as broke as they say they are, wait what are PBMs, and more!!!

Healthcare Hardware Hackathon Applications are officially open
Our next hackathon is going to be in SF on 4/17 - 4/19!!!! You can learn more and apply here.

This hackathon is going to be focused on hardware in healthcare. Hardware is having its moment - we’re seeing more wearables, smart glasses, ambient listening pins, and more. We think there are some cool applications to be built on it.
Come to our hackathon where we’ll be combining hardware with AI tools to build healthcare applications in a weekend. You don’t need previous experience building with hardware.
We’ll supply the wearables, Raspberry Pis, AI tools, healthcare experts, and copious energy drinks. You show up with the building spirit. You don’t need healthcare experience or experience with hardware.
It’s a ton of fun, just google “Out-Of-Pocket Hackathon” and you’ll see all the nice things people say about it. It’s a fantastic way to meet other builders, get hands on with new tools + support to use them, and think of the most “out there” ideas with no pressure from the constraints of your day job.
You can see past projects on the site and apply here. APPLICATIONS ARE DUE 2/9, but you should fill them out sooner than later.

I can't tell you the number of companies I've talked to that have issues with their collections or denials because they don't think about RCM as an end-to-end process from contracting, to intake, to claims, to collections.
