Talk tactics

We’ll get specific about building and scaling companies

Attendee Roles

Clin Ops, Vp Ops, Product but low-key Ops. Anyone “getting it done” should apply.

Companies that attend

We’ve got payers, provider, startups, telemedicine, and everything in between.

Quality Over Quantity

Right Fit, Tight Knit

Talk Tactics, Not Panels

The content is going to be a mix of presentations, breakouts, and debates. Let's get into specifics and get actionable advice, templates, and methods.

No Frills

We're focused on the content, not high end production. It adds to the intimacy and a great way to mask our lack of budget.

Curation

We'll pair you up in small groups to meet people working on similar things to build the right network

Frequently Asked Questions

For other questions, please contact events@outofpocket.health

How many people are going to be attending?

We're capping attendance at ~100 people. This is intentionally intimate and curated so you actually get to know the other attendees.

What is the price of the micro-conference? What if I cannot afford this price?

If accepted, the ticket cost is $950. Many past attendees have been able to get this covered by their employer through learning and development budgets. If cost is a concern, you should still apply and we might be able to figure something out.

What if I can’t make it last minute? Can I get a refund or transfer my ticket?

Tickets are non-transferable. Your acceptance is only for you. Attendees are eligible for a full refund until 30 days prior to the event start. After September 17, 2026, no refunds will be issued.

Will you be organizing accommodations?

There is a room block first come first serve at the The Omni San Francisco Hotel located at 500 California Street in the Financial District. If you are accepted and purchased a ticket, a link will be sent for you to make your reservation. Rooms need to be booked by 9/20/26

Will there be food?

Yes! The pre-event reception will have heavy apps, and the main event day will have catered breakfast, lunch, and snacks. The post-event happy hour will also have food. If accepted, we'll collect your dietary needs and restrictions to make sure you're accommodated.

Is the venue ADA accessible?

Yes, the venue is ADA accessible. If you have specific accessibility needs, please reach out to events@outofpocket.health so we can make sure you're accommodated.

How are attendees selected?

The application is meant to filter people who take effort to apply, have interesting viewpoints, and bring a diversity of perspectives into the room. The rest is the special sauce :).

Who is the ideal attendee?

Knowledgefest is for anyone mid-to-senior level that is knee deep in a day-to-day operations role. 2+ years of experience expected, but if you’re writing/executing SOPs, figuring out how patients are moving from point A to point B, etc. then you’re probably a good fit.
